What precautions should be taken during the operation of axial flow fans

1. When starting the axial flow fan, monitor all parts for any abnormalities. If any abnormalities are found, stop the fan immediately.
2. When starting the axial flow fan, it is prohibited to enter the surge condition.
3. When adjusting the blades of the axial flow fan after starting, the current shall not exceed the rated value of the motor.
4. The normal operating temperature of shareholder bearings shall not exceed 70 ℃, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 95 ℃, the maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 55 ℃ of the ambient temperature, and the normal operating temperature of sliding bearings shall not exceed 75 ℃.
5. The root mean square vibration velocity of the axial flow fan bearings shall not exceed 6.3mm/s. The vibration value of a fan with a bearing box installed inside the casing can be measured on the casing.
After the temperature rise of the main bearing stabilizes, the trial operation time should be at least 8 hours. After shutdown, the sealing of the pipeline, the clearance between the blades, and the tightness of the screws and nuts should be checked.
