Product Overview:

The BC-DS series high containment isolator is specifically designed to protect laboratory personnel during experiments, preventing exposure to toxic, harmful, pathogenic, allergenic, or unknown substances. The hood purifies both the internal air and laboratory environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness for both personnel and the environment.

Working Principle:

Air Inlet: Air is drawn from the lab into the cabinet, forming negative pressure. The stable face velocity creates a natural barrier to separate the user from the chemicals they are handling.

Comprehensive Filtration System: The fan system draws toxic and harmful gases upward, filters them, and returns clean air to the room. The cabinet's excellent concentration control ensures that chemical gases within the cabinet do not escape back into the room.

Clear and Functional Panels

The front door features a fixed operation port and can be paired with optional ultra-thin, high-durability gloves for secure, isolated operations. Made from ≥6mm acrylic, the panels offer excellent chemical and weather resistance, crystal-clear visibility, and a comfortable viewing experience.

Environmental Monitoring System

Built-in sensors display real-time temperature and humidity with user-defined alarms to ensure optimal and safe working conditions.

Smart Fan Control

Includes a failure detection alarm and adjustable fan speed to adapt to various chemical handling requirements. Features a high-performance PSC fan (24V) imported from the U.S., offering stable, ultra-quiet, and static-free operation.

Advanced Filtration System

Equipped with dual-layer filters and optional gas or particle-specific modules. Filter saturation is monitored, with alarms triggered when preset limits are exceeded. HEPA filters (99.995% efficiency for particles ≥0.3µm) can be monitored via an optional pressure sensor.

Compliance and Safety

Designed to meet OEB 5 standards, the weighing hood maintains leakage levels below 1µg/m³. Fan speed is adjustable for enhanced safety.

Efficient LED Lighting

Integrated LED lighting delivers brightness equivalent to a 25W fluorescent lamp-energy-efficient, heat-free, and lab-safe.

Optional Pass-Through Windows

Independent pass-through windows are available to reduce exposure when transferring materials or waste.

Safe Filter Replacement (BIBO Design)
