The BC-ES Series Fireproof and Filtered Chemical Storage Cabinets are specifically designed for storing hazardous and controlled substances. They are suitable for various fields and chemical types, offering storage solutions for most laboratory chemicals. These cabinets feature fireproofing, anti-theft, corrosion resistance, leak prevention, ventilation, filtration, and monitoring functions to ensure safe and efficient storage.
Product Features
- Cabinet Construction: The shell is made entirely of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel, with a 2.0mm cold-rolled steel base. The internal and external surfaces are treated with acid washing, phosphating, and epoxy resin powder coating, followed by heat curing for durability and protection against corrosion.
- Interior Lining: The interior panels (top, bottom, left, right) are made from white polypropylene (PP). The cabinet base includes adjustable air inlets and PP adjustable air valves. The bottom layer is equipped with a spill containment tray, integrated with the cabinet for leak prevention. The cabinet is equipped with four mobile casters for easy relocation, with two front wheels featuring manual adjustment rods for stable positioning.
- Shelving: The cabinet includes eight integrated PP trays, designed to be corrosion-resistant and leak-proof, with each tray holding up to 4.5 liters of liquid and meeting standard load-bearing requirements.
- Fireproofing: The cabinet is filled with ceramic fiber, a lightweight, high-temperature-resistant, and environmentally friendly fireproof material.
- Modular Top: The top of the cabinet is designed to be detachable for easy maintenance.
- Locking Mechanism: The cabinet features a non-contact RFID card reader with electronic bolt locks, allowing for customizable single or dual-user access. The system is flexible, offering various configurations for card encryption, NFC mode, and providing communication interfaces like WG26/WG34/WG66, TTL, RS232, and RS485. An invisible emergency lock is also included.
- Control System: The cabinet is equipped with a 5-inch LCD touchscreen microcomputer control system, featuring real-time temperature and humidity monitoring, fan control, VOC concentration monitoring, and an integrated alarm system.
- High-Efficiency Filtration: The cabinet includes a high-efficiency filtration system, compliant with ASTM standards, designed to filter acidic and organic gases. It utilizes a HEPA filter with 99.995% efficiency for particles larger than 0.3μm.
Software
- Display: A 5-inch large screen IoT-enabled HMI interface with 1024x600 resolution for optimal visual performance.
- (Optional) Communication Module: Supports SIM card 4G communication, with certification from national mandatory product standards.
- (Optional) Remote Management: Manage the cabinet remotely via a mobile app, which allows for viewing historical VOC data, temperature and humidity data in graph format, and controlling the fan and alarm lights remotely.
- API Interface: The system offers an API for third-party platform integration.

Operating Principles

- Air Quality: The system continuously purifies laboratory air, improving air quality and ensuring a safe environment for personnel.
- 24/7 Operation: For optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the cabinet operational 24 hours a day.
