The YK-90 pilot high shear emulsifier is designed for simulation, R&D, and small batch production. It supports multiple processes-mixing, dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, jet-flow mixing, and more-by simply swapping out the working head.

Processing Capacity: 5–50L (H₂O), ideal for pilot-scale and test production
Multi-functional: Changeable heads support emulsifying, dispersing, homogenizing, grinding, and mixing
Variable Speed Control: 600–6000 rpm, frequency-controlled with digital display
Long Working Hours: Supports continuous operation for up to 8 hours
