The PP Strong Acid and Base Storage Cabinet is specially designed for the storage and leak prevention of highly corrosive chemicals. It is suitable for storing highly corrosive substances such as:

Such as: six major strong acids: Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Nitric Acid (HNO3), Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4), Perchloric Acid (HClO4), Hydrobromic Acid (HBr), Hydroiodic Acid (HI), and four major strong bases: Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH), Potassium Hydroxide (KOH), Barium Hydroxide (Ba(OH)2), Calcium Hydroxide (Ca(OH)2).

* Cabinet Body: Made from 8mm porcelain white laminated PP (Polypropylene) panels, featuring excellent corrosion resistance. The body is welded seamlessly with matching color welding rods to ensure strength and airtightness.

* Cabinet Doors: Constructed from 15mm porcelain white laminated PP panels, ensuring long service life and guaranteed quality.

* Shelves: Made from porcelain white PP panels with raised edges, formed through single-step injection molding. The design allows for flexible shelf placement and enhanced spill containment.

 

Accessories:

* Bridge Handle: Made from acid and alkali-resistant PP material, offering excellent corrosion resistance. (Available colors: Azure Blue, Porcelain White, Light Gray)

* Hinges: Manufactured from injection-molded PP material, providing excellent corrosion resistance with a variety of color options.

* Special Door Stoppers: Made from PP material, ensuring long service life and high quality.

* Warning Labels: The cabinet doors are clearly labeled with "Corrosive" warning signs to alert surrounding personnel of potential dangers.

• Secure Storage: Always store chemicals in tightly sealed containers within the cabinet.
• Spill Management: Promptly clean up any spills inside the cabinet using absorbent materials such as spill pads or containment products.
• Stable Placement: Ensure the cabinet is balanced at all times. Ideally, place it in a corner or against a wall for additional stability.
• Unobstructed Doors: Make sure the cabinet doors can be fully operated without obstruction.
• Avoid Scratches: Do not use sharp or abrasive objects to scratch or damage the cabinet surface.
• Temperature Caution: Avoid operating the cabinet in environments where temperatures exceed 100°C, as prolonged exposure may degrade or damage the cabinet's performance.
• Fire Safety: Keep the cabinet away from open flames, molten metals, metal sparks, or direct sunlight.
• Gentle Cleaning: Clean the cabinet with warm water or a mild detergent to maintain its condition.
