PP Ductless Filtered Storage Cabinet

 

The BEINSI BC-GPP series ductless chemical storage cabinets are specifically designed for the storage of toxic, hazardous, and highly corrosive chemicals. These cabinets are suitable for various fields and types of chemicals, effectively purifying harmful gases inside the cabinet, ensuring 24-hour air purification in the laboratory, and promoting environmental sustainability.

 

 

Cabinet Body:

Constructed from 8mm white PP (Polypropylene) panels, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Seamlessly welded with matching color welding rods to ensure cabinet strength and airtightness.

Cabinet doors are made from the same PP material.

Windows are made from 5mm PVC panels.

The shelves are constructed from 8mm white PP panels, with raised edges and seamless welded trays. The overall design allows for adjustable, removable shelves, offering flexible storage options. The shelves are height-adjustable and feature anti-tilt and spill-proof designs.

 

Accessories:

The door handles are made from injection-molded PP material, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

Door hinges are also made from injection-molded PP material, offering high corrosion resistance.

Screws are made from 304 stainless steel.

 

Display:

Features a 5-inch LCD touchscreen with a high-resolution display of 1024*600, ensuring a clear and optimal visual experience.

 

Environmental Monitoring:

Equipped with a real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system using Swiss-imported sensors, allowing the user to set alarm parameters according to different climate conditions, ensuring safe usage.

 

Fan Monitoring:

The interface clearly displays the fan speed, which is adjustable to meet the storage needs of different chemical quantities.

 

Filter Saturation Alarm System:

The product is equipped with a high-quality VOC sensor imported from Japan, monitoring the saturation status of the filters. The filter saturation value can be set, with an alarm triggered when the concentration exceeds the set value, indicating that the filter needs replacement.

 

Fan:

Features a high-quality PSC fan imported from the United States, operating at 24V, with stable performance, ultra-quiet operation, and no spark or static electricity.

 

High-Efficiency Filtration System:

The filtration system is designed according to particle size distribution, adhering to ASTM standards. It effectively targets acidic gases and organic vapors with strong adsorption capabilities. For particle filtration, a high-efficiency HEPA filter is used, with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3µm. Filter selection is based on the type of chemicals used by the user.

 

 

No Ductwork Installation Required:

Easy installation with no need for ductwork, making it environmentally friendly by preventing external exhaust emissions.

 

Top Filter Module Options:

The top of the cabinet can be equipped with different filter modules based on the types of chemicals stored, accommodating a wide variety of chemical storage needs.

 

Advanced Modular Filtration Technology:

Completely absorbs and filters hazardous gases and particulate dust produced during experiments.

 

Energy Efficient:

No consumption of HVAC energy, leading to significant energy savings.

 

Convenient Mobility:

Fan Operation:

The fan located at the top of the cabinet draws air from the laboratory into the cabinet, creating negative pressure inside.

 

Gas Filtration:

Harmful gases evaporated from the chemicals stored inside the cabinet are drawn into the filtration module by the fan, where toxic molecules are captured and filtered, and clean air is returned to the room.

 

Air Purification:

High-quality air purification ensures that filtered clean air is returned to the laboratory, protecting personnel health.

 

Laboratory Air Purification:

Provides 24-hour laboratory air purification, enhancing air quality (It is recommended that the cabinet remains operational 24/7).
